CHAPTS members support our Families in Crisis fund, administered by Chaparral counselors, that provides immediate, anonymous aid to Chaparral families in need. Occasionally, unfortunately, there are families facing especially urgent situations that need extra support.

• A small Chaparral family is moving from emergency temporary housing into their own apartment and starting from scratch, with very few belongings. Do you have any extra furniture or small appliances to help make their house a home? Visit the Sign Up Genius to see what they need and how to help.
• Friends and family are holding a fundraising dinner on September 25 to support the family of a Chaparral student facing extreme medical needs. Dine in or take out (or just donate!) - learn more here.
