Teacher Funding Request Guidelines

  • In order for a request to be considered at one of the monthly CHAPTS Board of Directors Meetings, it must be received by the following dates:
    • Friday, August 9, 2019
    • Friday, September 13, 2019
    • Friday, October 4, 2019
    • Friday, November 8, 2019
    • Friday, January 10, 2020
    • Friday, February 14, 2020
    • Friday, March 6, 2020
    • Thursday, April 9, 2020
    • Friday, May 1, 2020 
  • All completed submissions will be reviewed by Principal Todd Dreifort after submission and only approved submissions will receive CHAPTS Board consideration.
  • If you are requesting that CHAPTS send a check to a vendor or order materials for you, please provide contact information on the submission form. 
  • The Funding Committee considers the number of students that will benefit from the requested item(s).
